Scott was a world traveler and was an active thrill seeker. He was the devoted son of Frank and Ann Neisser, the beloved father of Scott B. Jr (Jessica Crain). He will be sadly missed by his sister Veronica (Mike) McGinley, His Brothers: Frank, James, and Daniel Neisser, and by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 11:30 AM. Interment Private. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to American Heart Association.
