Scott E. Keeler February 23, 1960 – February 23, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook On Saturday, February 23, 2019, Scott Keeler of Brownsburg, IN died at the age of 59. Scott was born in Kitchener, Ontario to parents John and Jean Keeler in 1960. He received his PhD, MASc and BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

He was retired after working for Dow AgroSciences in Indianapolis, IN over a 29 year span. In December of 2015, he married Linda Phillips. Scott enjoyed music and was quite accomplished at playing the piano.

He bred Clydesdale horses for several years until 2010. He and his wife could be found hiking, biking, on the water, or off on an impromptu adventure. Scott was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his wife Linda, his stepson Dustin, his father John, his younger brothers Peter and David, and niece Katherine. Scott will be cremated, per his wishes. A private family memorial will be held on Wednesday, February 27.
