Villarreal September 23, 1992 – February 07, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Ms. Villarreal was preceded in death by her grandparents Antonio and Guadalupe Rubio Sr. and Maria Concepcion Ramirez. Selina Rubio Villarreal is finally reunited with her beloved grandpa Rubio in heaven. In those glorious 26 years that she was here on earth, our ears never heard her utter a word, nor did our eyes see her take a step, yet she was able to move mountains.

She taught us so much about love, righteousness, patience, kindness and laughter more than any book or schooling could ever teach us. Selina was a true angel here on earth whom God gifted to us and she will forever be missed by her loving and devoted mother Ms. Clelia Rubio DuBose and her caring, fun-loving and energetic father Mr. Rick Villarreal; both very adventurous parents who took her everywhere and did everything with her and for her. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous relatives, acquaintances, two cats and a dog named TJ who faithfully waits by her bed for her return.

Her parents would like to thank two extraordinary doctors who provided much care throughout her life. Dr. Rebecca Uribe Garza her pediatrician and more recently Dr. Dennis Cantu who not only provided excellent care for her but, always lifted up our self-esteem by telling us we were great parents. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 8:15 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to the San Jose Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. If you would like to sign the guestbook or send private condolences, you may do so at www.
