Sergio’s Obituary Beloved father and grandfather, Sergio A. Martinez Esparza, 90, is now with our Lord having departed from this Earth on January 22, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 19, 1928 to the late Exiquio Martinez and Fermina Esparza. He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Delia Brondo Martinez; and sister, Sylvia Martinez.

Sergio is survived by his children, Delia Carian (Andrew) and Sergio Martinez, Jr.; grandchildren, Elisa Delia Carian, Nicholas Aaron Martinez and Andrew M. Carian and numerous family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Visitation and viewing will begin on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church.

Funeral Service will begin on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi Marian.
