Sharon A. Hale, 77, of Hannibal, Missouri, passed away at 1:35 PM Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, MO. Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO. There are no services at this time.

Sharon was born March 11, 1941, in Hannibal, MO to Curtis W. and Opal M. Atkins Haynes. She was married to George W. Hale. He preceded her in death on March 22, 1995.

She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Sharon is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Gettis Haynes, Curtis Haynes and Charles Haynes, 3 sisters, Madelyn Aylor, Odessa Clifton and Arla Morton, 1 son, John “Bink” Lear and a special niece, Odessa Gauch.

Sharon was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, listening to country music and dancing. She also liked watching “Mash” and “Bonanza” and playing cards.

Sharon most enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandkids. Sharon was a Christian by faith.
