OBITUARY Sharswood Nathan Cole March 6, 1941 – September 25, 2018 Sharwood Nathan Cole, 77 of East Stroudsburg passed away at his home on September 25, 2018. He was born and raised in the boro of East Stroudsburg. Sharwood graduated from East Stroudsburg High School and Temple University School of Pharmacy.

After graduating from Temple, he served in the U S Army for two years in Panama. He returned to this area and worked as a pharmacist for his Sister and brother in law Helen and Cal Counterman at Counterman’s Drug store. He also worked at Johns Pharmacy in Mt.

Pocono for several years. He was a member of the George N. Kemp American Legion Post #346 and a mason in the J. Simpson Africa Lodge #628 F&AM. He is survived by his niece Linda C. Ernst, her husband Donald Ernst of Mc Michaels and their children, Joshua Ernst of Pueblo, CO and Kacie Ernst of Mc Michaels.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday September 29, 2018 in Prospect Cemetery in East Stroudsburg. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army 226 Washington Street East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
