Born July 7, 1940, the daughter of the late Millard Fillmore and Hazel Ramsey Martin, she was a member of Eastern Star, West Hamlin United Methodist Church and also attended First Baptist Church of Hamlin.

She is survived by her husband; Charles Evans Britt of Hamlin W.V., one son; Chuck (Mary) Britt of Fortson, GA.
