Sherri Lynn Tatum Childs, 43, died on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 in Tifton, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 25th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors. Ms. Childs was born October 3, 1974 in Irwin County, Georgia to Sammie Charlene Elixson Tatum and the late Douglas Tatum.

She was a homemaker and had lived in Irwin and Tift County all of her life. She graduated in 1993 from Irwin County High School. Ms. Childs loved shopping in thrift and antique stores, buying and selling on the internet, cooking and spending time with her family.

In addition to her Mother, she is survived by two sons, Colby Childs and Taylor Graham both of Tifton; Michael Cravey, her fiancé of Tifton; one sister and brother-in-law, Lianne and Michael Hancock of Tifton; one brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Dee Tatum of Ocilla. She considered Michael’s granddaughter, Lila Rose Cravey as her own grandchild and loved spoiling her. She had prepared Lila her own play room in their house.
