Shirley A. Isleman, 70, of Steubenville, OH passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Trinity West ER. She was born in Steubenville on March 31, 1949 the daughter of the late Edward and Hattie Rybalt Wania. Shirley had worked at the former M&M Bank and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-mother Betty Wania. Shirley is survived by her husband Charles “Bucky” Isleman who she married on October 17, 1970; her daughter Kimberly Bauer of Lynhurst, OH and her step-sister Audrey Wania of Green Valley, AZ. Services will be private.
