Shirley A. Litz, 81 Shirley A. Litz, 81 of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday July 3, 2018 at SOMC Hospice. She was born April 19, 1937 in Scioto County to the late James D. and Jean E. Holt Meeker. She was a former employee of Williams Shoe factory, worked at Kobackers in sales, was a nurse’s aid at Southern Hills Hospital and also worked at Clarks.

She attended Nauvoo United Methodist Church. Along with her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by 2 sons; Ritchie Darold Askew and Harry C. Litz Jr. Shirley is survived by 3 grandsons; Ryan (Sarah) Askew, Christopher (Kelly) Litz and Andrew Clayton (Jennifer) Litz, 5 great grandchildren; Madeline, Maxwell, Jordan, Jayce and Jaxon, 2 sisters; Linda L. Wendel and Julia “Judy” (Roger) Davis. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday July 6, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Hardin officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
