Shirley J. Judge age 86 of Hammond passed away on Thursday, October 25 2018. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, William “Bill”; children; Pam (Tom) Bock, Bonnie (Frank) Settles, Trudy (Dan) Rittenhouse, and Ed (Ann) Judge; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers; Harry (Inez) Billadeau, Wayne Billadeau, David (Kathy) Billadeau; and numerous nieces, nephews, brother and sisters in-laws. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Gerald.

Funeral services will be held on Monday October 29, 2018 at 10:00 AM at White Funeral Home with Robert Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday October 28, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue, Griffith.

Shirley was a former cook for Carolyn’s Café in Thorton. She loved cooking and baking and was known for her chicken and dumplings. She enjoyed crocheting and taking care “spoiling” her grandchildren.
