Obituary Shirley M. Runte, age 84, passed away March 17, 2019. She was born near Underwood, Iowa on September 24, 1934 to the late Herman and Dollie (Wilson) Claussen. Shirley graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the class of 1952 and then retired from the City of Council Bluffs Finance Department.
