Shirley Westover, age 75, died December 14, 2018 at Kobacker House, Columbus. Preceded in death by her daughter Diana Westover; parents, Don and Eva Scott; sister, Alice Monte; brothers, Tom and Terry Scott. Survived by her son Todd (Jennifer) Westover, Sr.; grandchildren, Todd Westover, Jr. and Tyler Westover; sisters, Jean Smith and Donna Hanlon; brothers, Bill and Dave Scott.

A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 Friday December 21, 2018 at Bellpoint United Methodist Church Delaware, OH where friends may call from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute in her memory to Kobacker House c/o the Ohio Health Foundation.
