Sidney Gable Osteen, 71 of Maypearl, Texas passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 in Maypearl, Texas. He was born on January 11, 1947 in Dallas, Texas to the late Beryl & Hattie Mae Herman Osteen. Sidney was a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge Post 524, Masonic Lodge Post #90 and served as the Worshipful Master of the Maypearl Masonic Lodge from 1986 thru 1988.

Park, Oklahoma; Grandchildren: Cody and Brook Osteen of Waxahachie, Tx. , Stephanie & Riley Hensel of Waxahachie, Texas; Amber Brown of Mt. Park, Oklahoma; Katelyn Cain of Maypearl, Texas; Cass Young of Maypearl, Texas; Great Grandchildren: Kaylor Osteen, Kixston Osteen and Evie Hensel of Waxahachie; Kannon Brown of Mt.

Park, Oklahoma. 2 Brothers: John Osteen of Maypearl, Texas and George Osteen of Shreveport, LA; He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 Brothers: Jimmy Osteen and Beryl Glenn Osteen and one sister: Beverly Elmore. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Maypearl Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, July 22, 2018 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
