Spicy Belle Rodlund, age 72, of Tecumseh, passed away October 6, 2018. She was born July 26, 1946 in Harlan, KY, the daughter of Pete and Ada (Hodges) Sowders. Spicy worked at Ottawa Machine, Tecumseh and was retired from X-ACT Products, Brooklyn.

Spicy is survived by four sons, Robert Luther (Kris) Turner, Dorsey (Laura) Turner, Gordon Turner and Gerald Rodlund; three grandchildren, Christina (Nathan) Vermilyer, Kassidy Rodlund, and Austin Rodlund; three great grandchildren, Chance, Cali, and Cristian two sisters, Reba Creger and Leona Osburn; and brother, James Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Robert Sowders. Visitation for Spicy will take place Saturday October 13, 2018 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.

A funeral service will also be held Saturday immediately following the viewing beginning at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Hawkins officiating. Condolences to the family may be made online at www. pursefuneralhome.com.
