Stanley’s Obituary Stanley Frank Coleman, 56, of Canton, Mississippi, passed away unexpectedly Thursday at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. He was born into a big loving family on Thursday, December 6, 1962. Stan enjoyed people, including his work, church and family.

He was loved by all who met him as he was a kind soul. He will be remembered for his love of Christ, the great outdoors and his love for sweets. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. The Burial will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church.

Bro. Bill Prestage will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements (601) 847-4401.

He was preceded in death by George Coleman (Father), Helen Coleman (Mother), Charlene Way (Sister), Frances Smith (Sister), Gale Pittman (Sister), Ray Chalk (Brother). Survivors include James King (Beershebah) (Son), Jessica King (Ryan) (Daughter), Aiden King (Grandson), Abigail King (Granddaughter), Jean Coleman (Sister), Darlene Chalk (Sister-in-law), David Welch (Nephew), Chad Smith (Kellye) (Nephew), Jason Smith (Kelley) (Nephew), Christina Chalk (Niece), numerous great nephews and a great niece.
