Obituary for Stanley Wilson Jr. Stanley F. Wilson, Jr., 74, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Sunday June 10, 2018 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. Born on June 21, 1943 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Stanley F. and Fern (Forbes) Wilson, Sr. Stan was the owner of Stan’s CB Shop in Mechanicsburg. He was a member of the River of God Church, Enola.

He loved to play the guitar and sing. Stan was a fan of NASCAR and both College and professional football. He also loved hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by six daughters, Dawn Gooderham (John), Denise Stine (Chris), Sherry Smith, Darlene Wilson, Lynn Adkins, and Pennie Slavin; a son, Stanley Wilson, III; and his love of 26 years, Hazel Ream. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles D. Wilson, Sr. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday June 18, 2018 in the Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, with the Rev. Timothy Halbfoerster officiating.

A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.
