Stephanie Ann Gorhom, 61, of Knox passed away Wednesday October 17, 2018 at the Shippenville Health and Rehab Center following an extended illness. Born February 6, 1957, in Oil City, Stephanie was the daughter of Robert and Shirley Shettler. On September 22, 1979, Stephanie married Charles Gorham who survives Stephanie enjoyed cooking, decorating for the holidays, and spending time with her family, friends and her boxer pup Bella.

Stephanie is survived by her parents, her husband Charles, a son Kevin Gorham of Knox, a sister Jessica (Bill) Leadbetter of Strattanville and several nieces and nephews. Stephanie was preceded in death by her brother James Shettler; her mother and father in law Georgina and Edward Gorham and her grandparents Leo and Oma Shettler and Charles and Gladys Rossman. The family would like to thank the American Renal Associates of Clarion for the care they provided for Stephanie.

Per Stephanie’s wishes there will be no viewing or services. Arrangements are being handled by the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home, Inc., 504 E. Penn St., Knox. In lieu flowers the family ask donations be made to the Knox Ambulance Co., PO Box 636, Knox PA 16232.
