Obituary for Stephen Douglas “Doug” Woodis Stephen Douglas “Doug” Woodis passed May 29, 2018 at E.C.M. hospital. . His memorial service will be Saturday, June 2, 2018, at 2:00p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee.

He was a native of Cherokee, a retired mail carrier, and an Army Veteran. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Mary Woodis; and his brother, Gilbert Woodis. He is survived by his wife, Fredda Ann Woodis; four children, Stephen D. Woodis Jr. (Kenya), Anthony K. Woodis, Shannon Woodis and Kaila Ann Woodis; three brothers, Bobbie Woodis, Ronnie Woodis, and Terry Woodis; one sister, Rebecca Steinback; and one grandchild, Connor Thompson.
