Stephen’s Obituary Stephen was born in Tulsa, OK to Xenephone and Edna Works. Growing up he attended Vernon A.M.E. Church and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. He then attended Oklahoma Institute of Technology.

Stephen worked for various companies on many drafting projects. He was married to Annie Taylor-Works and has three sons: Keenan Works, Stephon Works and Stephen Floyd Works. He was preceded in death by his father, Xenephone Works Sr. Stephen is survived by his children; his mother Edna Dennie-Works; sisters: Deborah Willis, Adonna Works-Minter (Willard), Anita Works and Ruthandrea McNeal (Anthony); brothers Xenophon Works Jr., (Torey); many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mr. Stephen DuWyane Works passed on January 21, 2019. Visitation for Mr. Works will be Thursday, January 24, 1:00 pm to 7:00pm. The funeral service will be Friday, January 25, 1:00 pm at Vernon A.M.E. Church.
