Waterbury-Stephen J. Woermer, age 30, son of James J. and Dolores (Ruela) Woermer, passed away on Monday March 25, 2019. He was born in Waterbury, CT on December 14, 1988. Stephen was a graduate of Naugatuck High School and attended Porter and Chester in Watertown.

He was currently employed at Connecticut Tire in New Britain. Besides his parents of Waterbury, he leaves his daughter Paeytn Woermer, his loving companion Amanda Milton; his brother Daniel J. Woermer and his companion Ricki Lake of Naugatuck; his grandmother Dolores (Recio) Ruela; his aunt Diane (Ruela) Texiera; his nieces Shaylee and Ryann Woermer; his nephew Ace Woermer; and many other relatives. Stephen was predeceased by his grandfather Manuel E. Ruela, Jr. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 30, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the Watertown United Methodist Church. 305 Main Street, Watertown. To send an on-line condolence, please visit www.
