Obituary for Stephen James Unger Stephen James Unger, born January 3, 1958, passed away March 31, 2018 at the age of 60. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 30 years, Lori. He was most proud of his two sons, Joshua and Kaleb,his very caring and thoughtful daughter-in-law, Natalie, and dearly treasured being Grandpapa, as he was lovingly called by his six grandchildren, Emma, Jonah, Gabriel, Samuel, Abigail, and Melody.

We remember Steve as being a devout Christian, conservationist, hunter and outdoorsman, Eagle Scout, Patriot, history buff, lover of music, an excellent vacation planner with his family, generous, caring and loving, romantic, friendly, approachable, interested in anyone and everyone he met, very thoughtful, principled, and organized.
