Obituary for Timothy Ray Densmore Print Timothy Ray Densmore, 54, of Springfield, Missouri, said his last sarcastic remark on Friday, January 25th, 2019 at Cox South Hospital. Tim was born screaming and causing trouble on September 14, 1964 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, the son of Clarence Densmore and Judith Densmore. As Tim grew up, he never grew out of causing mischief.

He has three sisters and one brother, and they were always causing some sort of uproar. His smart mouth and fast thinking often got him into trouble, whether it was catching snakes and throwing them at his sisters, or setting fire to the floorboard of a Cadillac because they weren’t allowed to go into Grandpa’s gas station. As Tim matured, he developed a knack for being a mechanic.

He would spend all day working on cars and trucks. His real love was putting together stereo or radio systems though. He even competed in competitions with his radio systems in his truck.

Tim owned his own business for a while called Tim’s Care. He was an independent contractor with local hospitals and pharmacies, and he delivered medical supplies and prescriptions to the local surrounding areas. After Tim’s Care, he worked as a taxi cab driver all over Springfield.

He was the main mechanic and installer of the radio systems for most of the taxi companies in town at one point or another. Tim doesn’t have any children of his own, but he has numerous “Adopted” children and nieces and nephews that he raised as if his own. They brought so much joy and life into his life everyday.

Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Jack Densmore and Ruth Mae Densmore; his parents Clarence Densmore Sr., and Judith Phillips. He is survived by his siblings, Tracy Maggald, Deanna (Chris) Sliger, Victoria Densmore, and Robert (Laca) Densmore; his significant other of 14 years, Jamey McFall and her children; step-children Melinda, Bub, and Melissa; and bundles of nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Services for Timothy Densmore are pending at this time.
