Obituary for Stephen “Steveo” Phillips Stephen W. “Steveo” Phillips, 63, of Pine Bluff, passed away Thursday, November 08, 2018, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Phillips was born May 19, 1955, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Ted Phillips and Vertie Mae Kelley Morgan. He was reared and received his education in Warren, where he graduated from Warren High School in 1973.

Mr. Phillips worked for International Brotherhood-Boilermakers Labor Union #69, from which he retired. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Judy Broach Phillips, whom he married June 9, 2000, in Pine Bluff; daughter, Somer Phillips (Michael) Hankins of Pine Bluff; his mother, Vertie Mae Morgan of Pine Bluff; three brothers, Benny (Mary) Morgan of Camden, Kelly (Kay) Morgan and Stanley (Vickie) Morgan, of Pine Bluff; and four sisters, Michelle (Don) Morgan of Little Rock; Kathy Morgan, Martha (Darrell) Canada and Karen (Larrell) Canada, all of Camden. He was preceded in death by his father, Ted Phillips and his stepfather, Loyd B. Morgan, Sr. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 11, 2018, 2:00 – 4:00 PM, at Robinson’s.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 12, 2018, 10:00 AM, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Benny Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Pattsville Cemetery in Bradley County at 1:00 PM following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society, P. O. Box 2233, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71613-2233.
