Stephen A. Brown, 63, went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2018 following a brief illness. He was born in Dalton, GA on December 29, 1954 to the late Kenny Doyal Brown and Annie Ruth (Holland) Brown. Steve was a Division Engineer at the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad.

A member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Canton, he was a Godly man, dedicated to serving his family and the Lord. He was an avid hunter and golfer, a proud American, and a member of the N.R.A. He is survived by his wife, Kriste (Hardesty) Brown, whom he married July 28, 1989; three children, Stephen J. (Tiffany) Brown of Clinton, Cyndra (Randy) Cole of Aurora, and Kristina (Matt) Mottice of Green; six grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Endinger of Dalton, GA and Kim (Larry) Koprivec of Canton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Crawford. Friends may call at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 6pm-8pm and one hour prior to the service to be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 10:30am at Fellowship Baptist Church, 3741 Fohl St. SW, Canton, OH 44706.
