Jennifer L. Dingey, 38 of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 14, 2018. Jennifer was born on September 27, 1979 in Barberton, Ohio the daughter of Deana K. Dingey. Jen was a lifelong resident of the area.

She was a 1998 graduate of Tuslaw High School and RG Drage Vocational School where she studied computing and accounting. Jen was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #9795 Women’s Auxiliary and a member of the Pleasant View Mennonite Church. Jennifer never knew a stranger.

She had a very caring heart. She would always do for others before she would do for herself. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Shirley Dingey and Hezzie Jones and Myrtle Weaver; brother, Bobby Jones; aunt, Brenda Dingey; uncle, James Dingey; and cousin, Gary Lee Dingey.

She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany E. (AJ Wilson) Dingey; mother, Deana K. Dingey; father, Robert A. Jones; brothers, Jason (Veronica Alston) Dingey and Bryant Jones; nieces, Casey Alston – Dingey and Andrea Jones; lifelong friend, Bobbi Forshay; her feline companion, Chubbs and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Jen’s life will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4 – 7 p.m. before the service.
