Our dear Steve is now at rest after a long and courageous 11 year battle with brain cancer. He was a friend to all. He loved to serve others and he will always be an amazing example of love, unwavering faith, and kindness.

He taught all of us to look for the positive things despite your trials in life. Steve was born on July 22, 1961 and finished his journey on January 4, 2019. He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend.

He is survived by: his cherished wife, Corie (Raikes) Soderman; his beloved children: Brad and Meagan (Westenskow) Soderman, Luke and Jaymie (Soderman) Williams; his adored grandsons, Jensen and William Soderman; mother, Lynne Garcia; in-laws, Larry and Karen Raikes; brother, Terry and (Kris) Soderman; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Soderman and brother, Corey Soderman. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Riverton 5th Ward Chapel, 1855 W 13400 S, Riverton UT.

Family and friends may call Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at the church and also on Tuesday morning from 10:00-10:45 AM. Interment be in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park South Valley Cemetery in Riverton.
