The son of Hubert Edgar Edward Weeks and Frances Deelee (Arbuckle) Weeks, he was born July 4, 1955 in San Joaquin, California. Steven married Debra Lynn Pearce on June 1, 1977 in Reno, Nevada.

He worked as a truck driver and was Pentecostal in faith. In his spare time, Steven enjoyed fishing, woodworking, watching the Miami Dolphins, and playing the guitar. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Joseph Weeks; and one granddaughter, Serena Weeks. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Debbie Weeks, of Dibble; three sons, Steven Weeks and his wife, Brandy, of Dibble, Thomas Weeks of Dibble, and James Weeks of Hanford, California; sixteen grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Curry of Hanford, California and Peggy Brown of Hanford, California; three brothers, Lee Weeks of Reedley, California, Roger Weeks of Visalia, California, and Bobby Weeks of Fresno, California; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at the Dibble Cemetery in Dibble.
