Stuart A. Finlay, 57 of Whitman passed away July 23, 2018. Born in Weymouth son of the late Robert W. Finlay Sr. and Lillian E. (Tassinary) Finlay. He is survived by his sister Mary Porter of Whitman, brother Robert W. Finlay Jr. of Medway, ME and the late David P. Finlay.

Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many friends. Stuart worked as a waiter for many years presently he was working at the Fairview Restaurant in Marshfield. He was a graduate of Whitman-Hanson High School Class of “78”.

He was an expert gardener. He also loved acting as an actor for the Company Theater in Norwell. Relatives and friends invited to visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman on Thursday July 26th 4-7:30 pm.

A Funeral Service will follow at 7:30 pm in the funeral home.
