Obituary for Sue Williamson Sue Williamson, age 77, died unexpectedly at her home May 26, 2018. Born Myrtle Susan McKinzie on March 6, 1941 to Andrew and June McKinzie. She attended Hilliard schools and graduated from West High.
She was inducted into the Central Ohio USBC Hall of Fame and was President of the 600 Club. She had several careers including Office Manager at Ad-R-Holt and typist a Farmers Insurance. She has worked for 23 years at the Wendy’s on Harrisburg Pike.
Sue loved bowling, gambling, fishing, camping, vacationing, taking care of her yard, HER Reds and Buckeyes. She was a passionate advocate for anyone in need; especially her children. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Anna Lee Snyder Moore; brother, Donald Lee McKinzie; and son-in-law, James Doan.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Wendell “Jake” Williamson; her sister, Betty “Boo” Limings; brother, John (Debbie) McKinzie; children, Julie “Birdie”, Sherri “Bucky”, Wendell Jr. “Budge” (Yvonne Davidson), and Keith “Duke” Williamson; adopted children, Sheri Moore and Jeffrey Haus; grandchildren, Josh (Angie) and Adam (Lacy) Williamson; great grandchildren, C.J., Joshie, Morgan, Elliott, Lyla and Hannah Sue; former daughter in law, Tina Stone; special niece, Alice Oldham; and many other family and friends. Friends will be received from 5-8:00 p.m. Monday June 4, 2018 and from 2-6 p.m. Tuesday June 5, 2018 at HEART and HOPE BY SCHOEDINGER, 3030 West Broad Street, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday June 6, 2018; Pastor Tim Womack officiating. Interment Alton Cemetery.
