Sylvia Petrovich age 84 of Trafford passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 25, 2018 in her home. Sylvia was born on October 8, 1934 in Trafford the daughter of the late Dan and Ann (Rantovich) Petrovich. Sylvia worked for Bell Telephone of Pitcairn as an operator and then retired from AT&T as an overseas operator.

She was a member of the St. Nicholas Serbian Church in Monroeville and was a lifelong resident of Trafford. In addition to her parents Sylvia was preceded in death by her brothers Marvin and George Petrovich . Sylvia is survived by her siblings Daniel N. Petrovich (the late Kathleen Petrovich) of White Oak, Marlene Martelli (David) of Oakdale; sisters-in law Patricia and Jane Petrovich; nieces and nephews Anna Marie Cavolo, David Martelli Jr., Mark Petrovich, Michelle Ocheltree, Sherry Garber and Christopher Petrovich.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 4-6 PM and Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc. 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford (412) 372-3111. Additional viewing will be from 10:30 AM Tuesday until the time of the funeral services at 11AM in the St. Nicholas Serbian Church, Haymaker Road, Monroeville with the Very Rev.

Fr. George Veselinovich officiating. Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery N. Versailles.

Pomen service will be at 7:30 PM Monday in the funeral home. www.
