OBITUARY Tamara Lynn Bazinet July 23, 1964 – January 6, 2019 Tamara Lynn Bazinet LEXINGTON – Tamara passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the age of 54. Known as Tammy, she was the child of the late Lewis Ernest Bazinet and Olive Marie Adkins. Buddy Dixon and the late Gloria Dixon were her adoptive parents.

Tammy is survived by her children, Lauren (Dezarae) Dernick of FL, Bradley (Darla) Lee of SC, Kerry (Ashley) Lee of NY, and Jamie (David) Brogdon of SC and siblings, Diane (Bob) Anderson, Kerry (Lynn) Bazinet and Janice Bazinet all of FL. and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one angel, her brother, Dean Bazinet.

Known best as Maga and MeMe, she is survived by her grandkids, Ariana and Ayden of FL, Kiele and Jaidon of SC, Darren, Kameron, Kristin, Jodie, Justin all of SC. Tammy was known for adopting family into her life and held them close to her heart. These members included Doug (Angee) Gantt, Angela Gantt, Victoria Smith, and Kimberly (Colby) Rosemond.

She enjoyed being on the lake, fishing and camping. Her joy was being a grandma. A special thank you to family and friends, Angie of Home Health, neighbors, Jennifer, Doug, Angee, Jamie, and David for helping take care of our precious gift here on earth.

Elmwood Funeral Home and Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
