Tammy Sue Mochanski, 58, of Tarentum, PA died on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 in her home. Tammy was born on Wednesday, March 9, 1960 in Natrona Heights to the late Theodore and Mary Lois (McCullough) Mochanski, Sr She was a graduate of Highlands High School Class of 1978 and worked as a cook at Burrell Inn Restaurant.

Tammy loved to do crafts, shop, and go out to eat with her sisters. Tammy is survived by her 2 children, George N. Wise, Jr. of Tarentum and Cori (David) Weber-Forbes of Brooklyn, NY; her 2 grandchildren, Kyra Weber and Amelia Gray Wise; her 4 siblings, Theodore “Teddy” (Diane) Mochanski, Jr., Steven (Kim) Mochanski, Deborah (Kenneth) Beck, and Kimberly Mochanski; and her nieces and nephews, Darice, T.J., Vincent, Douglas, Ashley, and Kenneth. She was preceded in death by her parents.

All services for Tammy were private. Arrangements were under the care of ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME INC. , 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA 15065 (724-224-7730).
