Tammy (Tami) Renee Fedyna Irwin, 47 of Lake Geneva, WI, passed away on October 26, 2018 at St. Luke’s Medical Center surrounded by family and friends following a long courageous battle with cancer. Tami was born on January 25, 1971 in Chicago to George and Diane Fedyna. Tami graduated from Badger High School, Lake Geneva, WI in 1989 and completed 2 years of college.
On May 8, 1999 Tami gave birth to her beautiful daughter Georgia Grace who was the light of her life. Tami was self-employed as a Professional Organizer. Although her job, it was just another avenue in Tami’s life to touch so many lives in unexpected ways.
Her clients were also her friends. She used her creativity to bring life to their visions for their homes. Tami had many true joys in her life.
First and foremost was her daughter. Tami was very involved in Georgia’s school activities. A highlight for Tami was being a cheer mom.
Her home was always full of young ladies needing their hair done or sparkles added to their cheeks. There was always food and treats available and air mattresses blown up for many sleepovers. When it wasn’t filled with cheerleaders there were always friends and family sitting around her front table enjoying a game or conversation.
Tami loved to be outdoors. Gardening was her passion and well known among many in Lake Geneva. Every season her garden space would be transformed into a magical place where friends were excited to go visit and have a cup of coffee.
Tami also had a soft spot in her heart for animals. She would rescue or provide a home for strays that would then become part of her brood. Tami had an adventurous spirit.
She loved a spontaneous adventure with friends and family where there was no plan but was filled with laughter and many special moments. Tami believed in living every moment of life to its fullest. She taught many to appreciate the moments of life and her positive outlook was contagious.
