Terri D. Johnson was born October 29, 1966 in Birmingham, Alabama to Willie Ward and Elizabeth Carter. She moved to Cleveland, Ohio at the tender of age of 2. She attended Cleveland Catholic Schools until her health declined.

Terri accepted Christ at an early young age. She was an active member of Mount Gillion Baptist Church since 1987 where she was a member of the Youth Department and Choir. Terri attended church regularly until 2017 when her health declined and she was unable to attend.

Although Terri did not have kids of her own she did help to rear her nieces, Alicia and Jessica, and great nephew Tre. She enjoyed watching television, reading, writing, and talking on the phone. On Monday March 11, 2019, Terri D. Johnson, loving daughter, sister, and aunt departed this life at age 52.

Terri leaves behind to cherish her memory mom, Elizabeth Carter and dad Willie Ward (Deann); sisters Elizabeth “Candy” Brown (Joe) of Warren, Ohio, Arethea “Koko” Carter (Steve) of Maple Hts. , Tiffanny Hines of Cleveland, Ohio; brother: Jaymes Ward (Lori) of Conway, South Carolina; aunts Mary Fox of Bedford Hts. , Leola Jackson of Cleveland, Ohio, Addie Barginear (Jessie) of Chicago, Ill.

and Dorothy Harris of Cleveland, Ohio; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
