Obituary for Terry Paul Carmouche Senegal Print Terry Paul Camouche Senegal was called home on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 2:45 P.M. at Acadia General Hospital in Crowley, LA. He departed this life and went to do his heavenly duties with his heavenly father. “For He has looked with favor on his lowly servant” Luke 1:46-45.

Terry was a lifelong member of Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Shrine in Rayne, LA. “Big Wool” or “Wool” as he was known, worked for years at the University of Southwestern Louisiana, in Lafayette, LA in the maintenance department. He retired from RLM Construction, INC.

in Lafayette, LA as a construction worker. Terry was a social person; he liked to spend time with family and friends. He enjoyed music, dominoes and long walks.

He will be greatly missed. Terry leaves to cherish his memories, his sisters, Elaine Carmouche Wooley; Nettie S. Smith, Paula S. Wheeler and Edna Lee Semien; his brothers, Buster Senegal, Carl Senegal, Randy Young; his God children, LaQuinta Sade Wycoff, and Shanell Mouton; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends, Everett & Ida Wycoff, Keltrin “Kuzy” Washington, Eric Williams, Fontella Cole and Karter Domingue. Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Carmouche Wooley; father, Paul Senegal; sisters, Barbara Carmouche Wooley, Florence Senegal, and Margaret Senegal; brothers, Ricky Senegal and Paul Senegal, Jr. The family of Terry Paul Carmouche Senegal wants to express their appreciation and thanks to all who visited and prayed for him and with him during his lifetime and in his hours of need.

The care and sympathy given to him from the staff at Acadia General Hospital were most graciously appreciated. Touch, us, Lord, with your peace and help our disturbed spirit know that you are God and that we need fear no evil. Amen Interment – Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Shrine Cemetery, Rayne, LA.
