OBITUARY Terry W. Simmons August 17, 1950 – December 20, 2018 Age 68, was born Aug. 17, 1950 and passed away on Dec. 20, 2018.

He was preceded in death parents, James and Ethel Simmons; son, Donald Laycox and brother, Buddy Simmons, III. Terry leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Mary D. Simmons; daughter, April (Mike) Spelta; grandchildren, Nicholas Laycox, Amanda Laycox, Brandi (Henry) Whigham, Jake Luttman, and Kristina Spelta; and two great – grandchildren, Donavan and Donte Whigham. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Wed.

, Dec. 26, 2018 from 4 until 8 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held Thurs.

, Dec. 27, 2018 at 1:00pm at Hermitage Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior. Entombment will follow services at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
