Ms. Thelma Arlene Snodderly, age 91, of Starke, FL, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2019, at Riverwood Health and Rehab in Starke, FL. Thelma was born in Defuniak Springs, FL, to the late K.P. Jones and Melissa Marshall Jones. Her passion was her family and she enjoyed cooking and making a wonderful home for them.

She also loved a playing a good game of cards. Thelma was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Louie, Ralph, Floyd and Carlos Jones; sister, Erma Jones Courtney and son-in-law, Sam Davis.

Ms. Snodderly is survived by her daughters, Gwen (James) Parker of McCaysville, GA, Gloria (Johnnie) Kitchens of McCaysville, GA, and Martha Stevens Davis of Waldo, FL; grandchildren, Denise (Ron) Smith, Michael (Pam) Parker, Rodger Lee (Libby) Kitchens and Mitchell (Wanda) Kitchens; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; numerous extended family also survive. A funeral to honor Ms. Snodderly will be held on Friday, March 15, at 2:00pm at the Chapel of Archer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for a visitation one hour prior to the service.

Her interment will be at Dedan Cemetery in Brooker, FL. Services will be officiated by Pastor Mitchell Kitchens and Pastor Geneva Rogers. Arrangements are entrusted to ARCHER FUNERAL HOME in Lake Butler, FL.
