Theresa Marie Woodby, 65, of Rolesville, passed away June 1, 2018 at Hillside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Washington, DC to the late Garfield R. Wilkinson and Evelyn Crowder Wilkinson. Theresa was a loving mother who wanted nothing but the best for her son and showed this in everything she did.

As a member of Rolesville Baptist Church for many years, she served in different capacities. Mrs. Woodby also worked 22 years with Carolina Handling and was a service coordinator before her health began declining. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00-1:00 P.M., Friday afternoon, June 8, 2018 at Rolesville Baptist Church followed by a celebration of Theresa’s life at 1:00 P.M. Inurnment will follow at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Woodby is survived by her son, Jeremy Wilkinson-Woodby; siblings, Warren Breeden of Madison, VA, Sandra Tarman of Springfield, VA, Garfield Wilkinson, II, of Springfield, VA, Gary Wilkinson of Sanford and Dana Wilkinson of Charlotte. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her husband and Jeremy’s father, Paul Woodby and a son, Courtney Woodby.
