Theron W. Kinter (T.W.), 92, of Camp Hill died Friday, January 18, 2019. Theron was born to Russel A. Kinter and Edna Viola (Thomas) Kinter on June 28, 1926. A graduate of old Lemoyne High School, Class of 1944, Theron joined the Air Force during WWII and also served in the Korean Conflict.

Theron was a member of the American Legion, the Camp Hill Fire Company, West Shore Masonic Lodge Number 681, The Zembo Temple, and Grace United Methodist Church. He also enjoyed golfing, wood carving, and camping. Theron worked in the Federal Fire Department, including the Mechanicsburg Navy Depot, retiring as the Fire Chief of the Army War College in Carlisle.

Theron is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Joyce Stewart Kinter. He is survived by his sons, Stephen A. Kinter and wife Maureen, of Yulee, FL. , and Darrell S. Kinter and wife Candice, of Dillsburg, PA.

, a brother Eric L. Kinter of Camp Hill, 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1:00 P.M., at Grace United Methodist Church, Lemoyne, PA. A viewing will be held from 12:00 P.M. to time of service at his church.

Burial will follow at Rolling Green Cemetery Camp Hill, PA. In lieu of flowers, Theron has asked that donations may be made to the Grace United Methodist Church, 309 Herman Avenue Lemoyne, PA. 17043.
