OBITUARY Thomas E. Monk December 7, 1931 – September 5, 2018 Monk, Thomas E., 86, passed away September 5, 2018. Tom was a pharmacist at The Wichita Clinic for over thirty years. He was an active member of St Catherine of Siena Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister and was “always the first to volunteer” to help with any parish needs.

He is preceded in death by wife, Jacquelyn Bazil-Monk, parents David E. and Edna (McConville) Monk. Tom is survived by stepdaughter, Jenifer Bazil, brother, David M. (Elaine A.) Monk and nephews Michael (Brooke), Jeffrey and Brian (Leslie) Monk. Rosary is 5:00pm Sunday, September 9, 2018.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30am, Monday September 10, 2018. Both services will be at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
