OBITUARY Thomas Hunter HASLETT September 6, 1936 – January 18, 2019 Thomas Hunter HASLETT, age 82, of Fairley Vermont and Hermitage TN. passed away on Friday January 18, 2019. Thomas was born September 6, 1936.

Mr. Haslett was a retired Firefighter in Warwick Rhode Island. Preceded in death by parents Samuel and Mary Emma Haslett. Wife Carol Haslett.

Son Jeffrey Haslett. Survived by Son Brian M. Haslett. Daughters Robin Polikoff, Cathie-Ann Rogers and Sherrie-Lou Valdes.

Sisters Phyllis Olbrych, Jean Housley and brother John Haslett. Eight grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Rhode Island.
