Thomas’ Obituary Thomas J. Conway of West Bend died on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at The Kathy Hospice at the age of 68 years. He was born on January 4, 1951 in Milwaukee to the late Charles and Louise (nee Michalski) Conway. The family lived in New Berlin where he attended local schools.

After graduating from New Berlin High School with the Class of 1969, he worked at A.O. Smith / Tower Automotive. He retired in 2005 after 34 years of employment. On September 5, 1975, he was united in marriage to Bonnie Bales at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.

The couple later settled in West Bend where they raised their family. Survivors include his wife of 43 years Bonnie; 5 children: Connie (Rajesh) Asarpota, Jennifer Kennison, Steven Conway, Melissa (David) Wilke and Patrick (Rebecca) Conway; 8 grandchildren; 4 sisters and 1 brother: Susan (Bill) Hunter, Nancy Jagers, Mary (Allen) VanHaute, Paul (Pam) Conway; other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 brother Charles (Naomi) Conway and 1 brother-in-law Lamont Jagers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 21 at 6 p.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 1025 S 7th Ave, West Bend. Private burial will be in Holy Angels Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends during a period of visitation at the church on Thursday from 3 until 5:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to Amyloidosis Foundation.
