Obituary for Thomas Kevin McGarvey ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Thomas Kevin McGarvey, age 66, of St. Augustine, Florida, passed away on Thanksgiving, November 22, 2018.

Born September 30, 1952, in Richmond, Indiana, to Robert and Jean McGarvey, Tom grew up in Richmond, but had lived in Florida most of his adult life. Survivors include his mother, Jean McGarvey of Arizona; sister, Ann (Dee) Campbell and brother and best friend, Marc (Alice) McGarvey, both of Arizona and sister, Jane (Frank) Nevers of Indianapolis, Indiana; nieces, Jennifer Hernandez and Sarah Kate Chamness; and several close cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and beloved dog, Spice.

Funeral service for Thomas Kevin McGarvey will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2018, at the Earlham Memorial Mausoleum, 1101 National Road West, Richmond, with Pastor David Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
