Thomas Richard Weatherington, of Blacklick, born June 22, 1940 died on January 10, 2019 at the age of 78. Preceded in death by parents Ralph and Helen Weatherington; son in law Randy Swaggerty. Survived by wife Mary Jane Weatherington and three daughters; Laurie Swaggerty, Lisa Russ and Leslie Arthur; son in law David Arthur; granddaughters Alisan Haley and Hannah Arthur; great grandchildren Terry, Brooklin, Natilee and Emmett; sister Shirley Barr and many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends; great grand pets Beretta, Tucker, Miss Kitty, Paco and Nora.

Retired in 2015 from his personal business Paint Man One of 15 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who lived his life a faithful believer of Jesus. He was a proud American known for telling stories and had a passion for WWII history.

He loved “The River,” peanuts, OSU football, breakfast with the guys, Sunday school class and never turned down a chance to have fried chicken. Family will receive friends, Monday, January 14, 2019 from 4 – 6:30 p.m. followed by service at 6:30 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street, Columbus, Ohio.
