Indiantown, Michigan. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Close to Home Hospice in Bay City, Michigan. Age 92 years.

Son of the late Edward and Luella (Mertz) Duperon, Tim was born January 17, 1927 in Saginaw, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Navy in the Seabees Division. He married Phyllis M. Ruggles, his loving wife of 73 years, on October 19, 1946.

She survives him. Tim was employed at C & O Railroad for 15 years and B & K Tool for 25 years. He was a member of St. Francis de Sales Parish.

Tim enjoyed antiquing, traveling and was an avid collector. Surviving besides his wife Phyllis are three daughters and three sons, Kathleen (Dennis) Esckilsen Sr., Saginaw; Mary Jane Millerov, Reese; Thomas (Margaret) Duperon, Saginaw; Cynthia (Harold) Burnison, Fairgrove; Don (Cami) Duperon, Saginaw; Robert (Melinda) Duperon, Saginaw; 19 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Joan Johnson, Saginaw; two brothers, Jack (Frances) Duperon, Saginaw; Terry (Leslie) Duperon, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his son, David J. Duperon; and Tim’s three sisters, Nancy Wilson, Sally Bishop and Yvonne Redburn.

Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 6, 2019 at St. Francis de Sales Parish, St. Christopher Catholic Church, 3945 Williamson, Saginaw, Michigan. Rev. Fr.

John S. Mancini, OSFS will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd.

(between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. A Vigil Service will take place 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Francis de Sales Parish.
