Todd Marty, 54, of Meridianville, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday evening at his home surrounded by family and loved ones. Todd was an electrician for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. “Bob” Marty, by his brother-in-law, Billy Duffey, and by his nephew, Jeremy Wilburn.

Surviving family members include his daughters: Melissa (Daniel) Cheek and Tiffany Marty; His mother, Velma Marty; His seven grandchildren: Alyssa, Sebastian, Dekota, Preston, Madison, Peyton, and Morgan; The mother of his children, Ruthann Atchley; His three sisters: Gail, Melody, and Robbie and her husband Kim. The family will receive friends on Saturday beginning at Noon at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 2pm at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Jerome officiating.
