Big Stone Gap, Virginia Tracy Lynn Holbrook, 48, passed away on Tuesday (May 21, 2019) at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She attended Powell Valley High School, she enjoyed her flowers and animals. She was proceeded in death by her father Norman Williams.

She is survived by her husband Ross Holbrook, daughter Shelia Boatright, her siblings; James Williams, Joe Williams and Sherry Funk, her mother Margaret Williams, 5 nephews, 2 nieces other close relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday (May 25) 10 a.m. at the Cornerstone House of Prayer for a celebration of life service. Rev.
