Troy D. Ammons, 69, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018. Born March 17, 1949 in Andalusia, Alabama. Troy was a graduate of Norton High School, Class of 1967, where he played on the football team.

He retired from Arco Tool and Die, with 50 years of service. Troy enjoyed drag racing, football and ball room dancing, in which he competed in local and national competitions. Preceded in death by his brother, Pete Ammons; survived by his brother, Mickie (Patsy) Ammons; sister, Marie (Randy) Seiber and nieces and nephews.

Troy’s body was donated to the Cleveland Clinic Body Program. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, May 10th from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave. , Barberton 44203.
