Obituary for Twila Simon (Bendt) Simon, Twila J. (Bendt) age 68 of New Hope, MN, passed away peacefully April 14, 2018 at Ambassador Good Samaritan Home. She grew up in Laverne, MN. She was a proud member of the Girl Scouts of America.

Married Tom Simon on November 26, 1977. They did a lot of traveling within the states and saw many historical sites. Twila, you will truly be missed.

Preceded in death by her parents, Ferdand & Ruth Bendt, husband, Thomas Simon, sister, Mary (Bendt) Kinde. Survived by brother, Jim (Diane) Bendt; brother-in-law, Jerry Kinde, Russell (Leslie) Simon, sister-in-law, Eljean (Brian) Maas; nieces, Stacy (Clay) Zank, Kacie Mikell, Jessica Simon, Jennifer (Dean) Jaeger, Shana Boser, Lori Maas; nephew, Matthew (Amber) Simon; and great nieces and nephews; also other family members & dear friends. Funeral service Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 11:30 AM at Ambassador Good Samaritan Home, 8100 Medicine Lake Road, New Hope (763-544-4171).

Visitation 1/2 hour prior to the service. Reception following the service. Interment following the reception at Union Cemetery, Mound.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
